went down to austin for a day trip and found lil easy to eat for lunch. carlo was our waiter and he took amazing care of us! owners/management took very good care of us too. we all ordered the fried fish basket and the fish was very crispy and flaky. the frozen cherry limeade was fresh and tart which was nice to eat ... with the food. 10/10 would go again Read More
We stumbled upon this little gem of a place looking for a place to watch football. We fell in love with the vibe, the food and the happy hour! Amber at the bar was so very accommodating and very delightful. She was happy we were there - refreshing change of pace from the typical Austin bartender. They brought us ... an order of hush puppies for our first visit there. So good. Happy hour prices and drinks are worth the drive! We will definitely be back for more! Read More
Lil Easy is a hidden gem! If you're anywhere near the airport, this spot is a must-stop. The food is phenomenal—authentic Cajun flavors that hit all the right notes. From the perfectly seasoned gumbo to the crispy po’boys, everything we tried was top-notch. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, with a vibe that ... makes you feel right at home. Whether you're just landing, about to take off, or just craving some seriously good eats, Lil Easy is the place to be! Read More
Such an inviting atmosphere at Lil Eazy. We were greeted by many and also checked on by several staff members. Due to this i will definitely return. The fish basket was good and I added a side of beans and rice which I really enjoyed. The star of the show though was the cherry limeade w/tequila. I highly recommend ... this either with or without alcohol. The music was at an appropriate level and the decor along with the Playlist almost had me feeling like I was in NOLA. Watch out Pap%/&> you have some competition. The only downside is parking can be a challenge. Overall this is a nice spot with a welcoming and upbeat vibe. Read More
My first visit here and I'm glad we came to have dinner at this spot. The catfish basket was good but the red beans and rice was very good. Our waiter was a down to earth dude and answered any questions we had. The bathrooms are super clean. I judge a restaurant by their bathroom if it is clean and there is soap then ... the food is going to be delicious. My teary hasn't failed me yet. Read More
One of my favorites is the chicken poboy. Always so yummy! And they know how to cook and season crinkle fries! Not many do, or maybe I'm just a picky crinkle cut person. Lovely employees that are very attentive. Definitely give them a try!
My third trip to this place. First time, only for the crawfish boil. Second and third time, crawfish and their other dishes. The food is legit. The boil is spicy and tasty. I missed taking a picture of the guys manning the boil, and dumping the crawfish into the cooler, like you're supposed to do. They have ... multiple slushie machines with strong cocktails. The only negative is that it's in a former gas station so most of the seating is outside so it'll be really cold or really hot when you go there. Shout out to Jeremy who took care of us. Pictures of deviled eggs, crawfish, boudin, and gumbo. Read More
"Fine" is the optimum word here! This is some damn good Cajun food! I had Steak tip and Dupree sauce was outstanding! Gumbo and the muffuletta was tops! Definitely want to go back and hang out on the awesome patio
